Order and Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. This email will include your order number and shipping method. Please double-check your shipping address, as we cannot redirect goods once they are on their way. From here, our journey together begins!
Custom Shin Guards Delivery Times
If you’ve ordered custom shin guards, they will take 5-7 business days to produce. We will ship them immediately after production, and we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your delivery.
Other Items Delivery Times
Items like sleeves and socks are shipped within 1 business day. If you order any accessories along with your custom shin guards, the accessories will be shipped together with the shin guards.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us. Keep in mind that customized items cannot be returned unless there is a valid issue, such as a size or design error on our part. In those cases, we’ll gladly replace your custom shin guards for free.
