Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return 

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@flairfutbol.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues  

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make things right.

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items  

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.  
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges  

For the fastest exchange process, return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period  

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds  

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
